Formatting Edits to an Existing OpenCart website

I have between 15 and 20 minor formatting adjustments that need to be made on my OpenCart website. These include, changing the color of buttons, changing text color, moving text in a template file, resizing pictures in a layout, etc. I will provide screenshots that explain what needs to be done. It is important for the person doing this work to understand OpenCart and how vqmod extensions work. Some of these modifications will be in the vqmod files and not in the standard template files. See the images below for layout modifications. The second part of the project would be to get two extensions working and looking nice. I have already installed a PayPal Express Checkout extension, but it doesn't work properly. I would also like to add a button to the Add to Cart Success window for PayPal Express Checkout. I have also already installed a Log In and Pay with Amazon extension, but it is also not working. This would need to be nicely displayed on my checkout page.
