Looking for a fullstack developer to assess an existing Drupal 7 website (news portal) running on distributed servers on MS Azure, 1 Load Balancer, 1 DB server (D12 v2) 6 web servers (1 F16s 5 F4s) Centos 7, Nginx, MariaDB, Varnish. The site has an average traffic of 6M sessions, 15M page views monthly, suddenly the website is not able to handle traffic that handled before, we are looking for a solution no matter if implies changing the model of infrastructure, we need to update to the latest stable versions of software and migrate the modules and template code to latest stable version of Drupal 8. It would be nice if you describe a similar scenario you have worked before
