Google Crawl for Data | Automate the Data from search into my Website

I am looking for a programmer who can create the following for my new website.
Functionality needs to be as follows:
I need to be able to input a search term in the admin panel, such as "Plumbers Conway, SC"
The search term I enter will always be a local business type of search.
I need it to return me the first page of results, which you could see doing a search here,

I then need the software to populate the page of the website with this data. If you look at example1, that is just a quick little mockup of a layout, it's not great but that should give you an idea. Ideally, I would want the name of the business, address, website, and also the number of reviews with star rating. Example2 (attached) is an example.
I would not be a Google my business manager for any of these listings so no API access.
I will be using the Divi Wordpress theme. Preferably, when I create a page such as "Plumbers, Conway, SC" I would like to be able to go on and do a search, and it just bring the data in. Alternatively, it could create a page based on my search term as well (if I search for plumbers in Dallas, it would create [login to view URL])
It does not have to be in wordpress if you have a different solution, as long as it works I am not concerned what the website is built in. I just want to easily be able to create pages that display data from the search term/city that I enter.
There is no need to update on a cron job or anything at this point. It is mostly just getting data from those search terms and getting them into my website pages.
