Grabber script to store values to mysql database

1. need to grab upto 50 listings from: [login to view URL] and store to mysql database
2. for each stored listing, insert randomly provided pre-assigned listing values (12 listings randomly selected from 50 listings provided) to "wpfre_postmeta" table
3. This script should run daily, no duplication . so if earlier grabbed this should not be re-grabbed again.
