A web portal needs to be designed where guest authors can sign in using their Google or Facebook accounts and write articles. The web portal has to be deployed in WordPress CMS environment and has to be designed using PHP, HTML5, JavaScript/JQuery, CSS3 programming languages along with the database technology MySQL.
A portable UI framework needs to be designed thus the whole web site could be moved from one web host to another with ease. A functionality has to be created where written articles by the authors would be submitted for the review which only could be viewed or approved or rejected by the designated administrators of the webportal. Only approved articles would be visible in public.
