Hi all!

While i was working on my prestashop site, the website crashed and i'm not able to access the admin page anymore, the error is HTTP error 431.

I can see the front end but i'm not able to access the back-end.

I need you to fix that via teamviewer since i cannot share my hosting details.

431 error shows when server refused to connect the files there is issie in .htaccess that's why you are facing this issue I can solve this issue as I have solve issues like this.
