Need help integrating with datatable javascript plugin for jQuery ([login to view URL]).
We have an existing button on our application that needs to be re-wired to perform the following functions:
- On click of the 'File Export" button, the code must inspect the current page's dom to look at the fields that we've defined as 'quick filter' fields for the datatable instance. The page has a set of quick filters fields, one for each column of the datatable instance.
- An HTTP POST request (can be ajax call if that makes more sense) needs to be built that passes an array of name-value pairs of 'field name' that the quick filter was associated and the value that the user typed into that quick filter. If the value was empty, it will be skipped and not sent in the request
- The response of this request is a generated CSV file that contains the filtered data. The server side of this request does not need to be developed / coded
Note that the request is ajax or HTTP POST but response will be a multi-part mime download file.
Applicant should be ideally be able to provide examples of jQuery and datatable specific projects to convey their expertise in this area.

HI, I can do this today. similar projects i've done many, as you may imagine most of them are on client servers, but really this is an easy job. I will need FTP access and a login for the app (if any)
