Looking for BigBlueButton server setup with API integration, scaling and record & playback

We want to integrate BigBlueButton server for video conferencing.
You need to setup the BigBlueButton with Scalelite and record the sessions and provide playback URL.
You need to provide API to link with our PHP/node application which should create meeting and provide meeting URL with Host/Participant options.
We prefer to do the setup in Contabo or similar provider where bandwidth is not metered.
Key points for successful completion:
1. Setup AWS Ubuntu servers for reqired setup.
2. Setup Scalelite to autoscale BigBlueButton server based on on-demand
3. Setup BigBlueButton server for video confrencing.
4. Provide requred coding/config to generate APIs for below purposes.
[a] API to Schedule meeting and proivde secure URL.
[b] API should accept Participant type(Host/participant), Name, Profile pic.
[c] Host should be able to perfom host controls(standard).
5. Provide API for End meeting.
6. Provide API for one on one call.
7. Setup required SSL/JWToken etc.
8. Setup required IP config etc.
9. Document the setup architecture before and after completion.
