Modification to Wordpress Website - Document Hierarchy

I have a client with an existing Wordpress website using WPML (English and French) and Beaver Builder editor. Currently they have a password protected (a single shared password for all users) page to display their documents. I'm looking for a plugin that will allow the client to organize documents uploaded to this page to have multiple folder levels as follows (Sub Folders and files could be infinite):

Sub Folder 1
File 1 (.doc, .pdf, etc..)
File 2 (.doc, .pdf, etc..)
File 3 (.doc, .pdf, etc..)

SO essentially we're looking for a 2 level folder hierarchy where files can be assigned to any level. This is so users can navigate easily to find there files. I have found some plugins, but I am unsure whether they can achieve our needs:

The key thing is I am looking for an easy way for the admin to add subfolders and folders and files for users to access. This could be done with adding a wordpress page for each folder but this is a bit too advanced for the admin who will be maintaining these documents for their end users. Key thing is the page must be password protected and will work with WPML.
