I require a native android app.
I have an existing LAMP server whereby users can login & create / manage projects.
I require an Android app which can download project / records from web portal when the user is in an Internet area. The user should be able to import / sync the downloaded info. Current supported extensions are, XLS, CSV & XML should it be downloaded else it can be synced.
After data is synced to the local device the user should be able to work offline on Android device. The records that need to be captured include attachments & GPS coordinates as well as signature. The current (Online) system already supports that functionality. Whenever the user has Internet access or mobile Internet coverage they can easily sync their records to the main database.
I'll brief developers with exactly what is currently in place when applying to this project.
