I’m looking for reusable form code (html, javascript, etc.) that I can insert into existing html files.
Code will support the following:
A. User will be able to:
1. Select State from Pull-Down list
2. Select City from Pull-Down List
3. Enter text into text box.
B. System will concatenate State, City, and Text Field, and display concatenation string into Field 4:
C. User can now ‘Copy” concatenated string, and “Paste” it in other Microsoft docs.
