I need serious developer who speaks perfect english (native) for eBook combining software

I'm a bit annoyed at current limitations on eBook software so I want to create my own converter and combiner for eBooks. I would like this to be an online combiner, so that employees can access it and I can use it worldwide. This will be used every day and so the design/function must be perfect.

You must be able to create a software on hosting (backend and simple frontend) with the following features:

I upload all eBooks (thousands) and there is batch upload option. All eBooks are .epub file format for simplicity's sake.

Each eBook is given a #, with no # ever repeating. The eBook list w/ #s is exportable, as a matter of fact everything is exportable.

I can then separate the eBooks into groups.

If I enter the book numbers, or manually search and select the books, they are combined. The eBooks are NOT edited, just combined in the order I specify, with the ability to add a new cover and title page.

So when it's done, I will be able to log in, and either enter the book #s to be combined or search and select some, or browse through groups and manually combine.

I would also like to edit some data on the final ebook as an option during creation, at the minimum the Version # and the title/author, so it's a part of the eBook, doing this in a way that doesn't cause errors is harder than it seems so this requires good attention to detail.
