My script only accepts mp4 url from certain websites. But the website I chose to do business with to host my videos [login to view URL] my script will not accept their mp4 url link. I get following message.
"The media could not be loaded,either becasue the server or network failed or because the format is not supported"
I have tried to contact the script support but no response. I believe the issue is somewhere in the script/script video player ([login to view URL]) or the plug-in.
