I need someone to make me a website with similar functionality as [login to view URL]

The main purpose is to allow users to freely report buyers/sellers scammers and list them, and allow other users to search through our directory for the scammer.

Whats needed?

- Login/Register System

- Admin Panel to view/edit/remove submitted listings

- Users must register/login in order to report their account from being submitted to our website with valid proof

- Homepage showing 10-12 listings along with listed dates
