This project is for an e-commerce website that has been operational for almost 3 years. It is time for an upgrade to the features and functionality that we have. The ideal freelancer will possess both high character values and high competency and needs to be honest and trustworthy.
Familiarity with start-ups and development from conceptualization to implementation is an absolute must.
High communication skills are mandatory as you will be expected to take "intent" and turn it into functionality that results in profitability. This requires our chosen freelancer to be able to effectively ask questions and to provide recommendations or make suggestions that will improve what we are trying to create.

I am currently running Opencart 1.5.6. and I am looking to develop a custom solution to meet the current needs of importing products and pricing from multiple suppliers onto an e-commerce store with the ability to create and customize exportable data feeds that can be fed to multiple aggregator websites and third-party shopping websites. We have modules that we are currently running that will need to be amended to support the functionality that we are looking for. We also need to develop an application that will track customer wish-list items and provide notifications and links to enable purchases when the items become available.
A testing domain is available.
Our budget reflects the fact that we do not possess a step-by-step specification sheet for this project. Please do not apply for this job if this is something that you require.
