PHP / MySQL Expert Needed

I have a very active design and coding e-business and I am looking for an expert PHP/MySQL coder with smarty experience.

I have one fairly large project right now and others along the way that I want to outsource to the right, dependable and prompt person with an attention to detail.

This person must test their code at least to the point of final review by me. I will present all details of job and you must be available to chat through IM.

MUST be fluent English speaking and available to discuss projects....day or night (if coder is outside the US). I have no problem outsourcing to individuals in any country as long as they have the same work ethics as I do.
