PHP Work -- 07182008

I have a PHP site that needs some adjustments. The outstanding issues are:

- In Instant Message, the font color returns to the default everytime you send a message.

- Terms of Service page seems to be missing, somehow.

- Email verification not working – no emails sent to new signups.

- Image verification not working – if it’s turned on, it doesn’t show any letters/numbers.

- In Instant Message, two people cannot type at the same time – if I type, it stops you from typing.

Need someone who can perform this work quickly and for a fair price -- prefer someone who can start immediately.
