I want a Professionl Website Developer (experenced dvelopers ONLY) to develop a website that includes all the features and functions of both websites ( freelancer.com + Up [login to view URL] ) and add more features to top both of them.
Again the website I want should combine all the features and functions ( ALL OF THEM) in both websites mentioned above (freelancer.com + Up [login to view URL] ).
You (selected developer) should be able to do the project from scratch (NO TEPLATES at all), NO WORDEPRESS at all, the look the loge, the TABs , the Algorithms, the front end back end, pay platform....etc, every single details is YOUR OWN responsibility to develop successfully.
later on I want you to develop a mobile applications ( IOS + Android) that include in-app purchases.
Please confirm to me if you can TECHNICALLY do the ole project+ the mobile apps. and also confirm if you agree on my budget .
Also if you agreed to do it, and even before I award the project to you, prepare me a good proposal (PDF format), this proposal should include all the details about how would you do the project in detailed steps, proposal should also indicate the steps of the project and the time frame for each single step of the whole project.
