Replace HTML text editor of PHP website with a regular text editor on 6 pages on my website.

The website was coded in raw PHP. There are 6 pages on my website that I need to change from using HTML text editor to regular editor. I have attached the screenshots of the 6 pages from my website www.citiplanners.com. All I need is just for someone to remove the HTML editor and replace with a regular visual editor (check my attachment) that a novice like me can use to add content to those pages from the back end.
I want this done in few hours and have a max budget of $50 for the 6 pages. It is the same needed for each page.
