Add a form also for your users to fill it and the a admin can fetch the data and will display the same about the ratios of calls on each category, export to excel all messages sent from my cell phone with their status (sent, received and read), it is not necessary to save the content of these messages, only messages sent with status, as shown on the cell phone screen.
I'm sending an image to illustrate what I want to export to excel, it's the phone numbers that were sent, the message that appears below the number and the status of these messages, I don't need to export the avatar image and the messages content.
eg:
2 blue stripes: received and read
2 gray stripes: received
1 gray stripe: sent
I need this information to generate reports, so I need to access its fields in excel to sort, count each status etc, hope you understood.
I don't need to extract the contents of the messages, just the number that was sent and the status of the messages: sent, received and read;
