Rewrite AWS PHP 5.x script to current version 7.x script.

These scripts have to be rewritten, when we tried to just change the platform the scripts stopped working.
We are looking to pay between $75-$125.00 project will be paid after we upload the changes to AWS and try the platform to make sure they work. This will happen Tuesday, or Thursday only. As this is the only 2 days my IT engineer comes into the office.

With PHP 7.x script
