Simple Mail Delivery Checking Script

I'm looking to build a simple mail delivery script that will updates itself.
The idea is simple - when a user visits the homepage it will advise them whether or not mail will be delivery on that day.
It must have the following on the homepage:
3 Columns with the following countries in each column
USA - CANADA - UK
- list of all the holidays for the current year and dates and whether or not mail is being delivered on that day for each country
- it should display the 3 countries side by side and show whether or not on that day if mail is being delivered on that day the user is checking the site.
- It should also display what times of operation mail is being delivered on that day. If no mail is being delivered on that day, it should just say "No Mail Delivery Today"
- It should list all the major carriers of mail in the US / Canada / UK

The Front UI should be clean (Like Google Homepage)
