We are having problems installing PopTop and Radius on a dedicated Centos 5 server.
We wish to setup a vpn with individual user accounts stored in a mysql database.
Users will connect to the vpn via the inbuilt client in windows.
We require full step-by-step instructions on how to install and configure PopTop/Radius on Centos 5 and for the expert to complete the setup on one of our servers.
We also require a basic php interface to add/edit accounts and view the users currently logged in.
Additionally, we have the following questions:
1) Is it possible to set bandwidth limits per user, with usage data stored in mysql?
2) Is it possible to allow only one login per account at any one time?
3) What happens if a user exceeds their bandwidth limit in 1)?
We require the setup and instructions to be delivered asap. This is a prototype for a client. Further work shall be available for the winning bidder, should the prototype system work successfully and be delivered on time.
