Website optimisations and Cyberpanel based Droplet fine tuning&troubleshooting

our online news site has got followed problems:

1. cyberpanel droplet inodes size increasing very fast in a few days site goes to offline or different problems. Please see: (dev/loop0)

2. sometimes at the first web site loading the slides goes corrupting after few seconds later they are fixing automatically. We need fix the css problem and prevent this

3. sometimes on the mobile phones (responsives) (I think on Desktop, too -but not sure it is happening very rare) the slides goes blank but after a few minutes corrupting automatically again.

4. We need increase site speed

site is Wordpress, thema is impreza, droplet on digitalocean, geneal cpu usage mostly under 5%, disk capacity %51 free. Cyberpanel is latest version)
