WooCommerce Shipping Issues

Having issues with our Table Rate shipping module by WooThemes ([login to view URL])

Website Development address is: http://8.38.78.230

In this screenshot you can see what Shipping modules we are currently using.

1. Per Product Shipping (by woo themes)

2. Table rate Shipping (by woo themes)

3. Advanced Free Shipping (by third party)

Advanced free shipping is configured to offer free shipping for both of the two classes (see screenshot)

Now if you navigate to a product, such as SunGlo 1500 Lean To model (http://8.38.78.230/sunglo/) this item has shipping using Table Rate.

When you add the items to the shopping cart, they show as Free Shipping.

How can we fix this so shipping is setup properly during the checkout?
