hi- i posted this a few days ago- we got too many unqualified bids mainly as we left out key animation description- "1) Specific to this project is the need to demonstrate skill with web site animation, i.e. parallax, & roll over & transition effects. See the fluidity of the theme we will use:

Two identical sites for two different business, one is Architecture, the other Fine Art, under one umbrella home page. Must use the Theam provided.
But The Home page and the contact page must have a split screen hover over animation, like that shown in these two links.

When the user hovers over the left hand Architectural image on the home or contact page, that image expands horizontally and when clicked the user is takes to the Architecture site. When the user hovers over the right hand Art image that expands, click it, you go to the Art site.
Both the Art and Architecture sites are identical in structure, with a portfolio and About page. The Architecture site has sub categories in the portfolio, that is the only difference

The main image will be revolving slide show of all the images in that individual project. If an image thumb nail is clicked that image will load into the slide show. Down the bottom of the page the user has the option to click to the next or previous portfolio item, or to go back to the main portfolio page.
Architecture has 17 portfolio pages.
