Zencart to Magento transfer help needed

this project is to transfer my zencart website to magento.
I need a coder with experience in both to help me with the importing of my data. It's a clothing store so there are many color/sizes attributes.
I will also need so me help with the basics of magento and some miner customizations like by the list of orders, when selecting multi orders, there is a dropdown of what can be done with the orders. (like print all orders etc).
I want to add to that list some more options... to update the status of the orders.. mark them as paid etc...
Also I have now another 2 clients that want to start a magento site so I will have steady work so we can make a good work relationship for ongoing work…
