Chromium web browser Creation - Open Source

Need: MY OWN Webbrowser, Based on the Chromium open source project, must have all the basic functionality of the Chrome platform, no integrated add-ons required.

1. Webbrowser must come with an easy installer - 1 language - Portuguese (I will provide pt-br text - instalation and webbrowser features).

2. (((( No Antivirus should block this installer! )))))

3. Webbrowser got come with a pre-selected website as HOME. This website must open when users run Webbrowser.
