I need a Public Relations expert for a Launch Event (OHIO AREA PLEASE)

I need a PR Event Planner, preferably in Columbus, Ohio. We're launching a new opioid awareness campaign in Franklin County that will showcase the resources people can have if they are seeking addiction related help. Sometime by the end of September/ Early October we want to have a launch event where we have some food, drinks, entertainment, etc. that gathers people around our large wallscape/mural that is going up. The mural will feature advertisements about the campaign and a CTA to go to the website for more resources. It will also be interactive where people can walk up and sign a sentimental note about recovery.

In the attached deck, you can learn more about the campaign, specifically starting on slide 18 that shows the murals we are putting up for the event. Slide 19 shows we want people at the event participating in signing our mural to become a part of the opioid movement.

In addition to the event, we want to work with this person on a PR plan for the client and track the event's results.
