Python script to enrich contact data with dropcontact in CRM

We're looking for an experienced Python developer to write a script to that checks contacts in our CRM ([login to view URL]) and if they're lacking the phone number or e-mail, enriches them via [login to view URL] based on "firstname", "lastname", "company name" and optionally URL.
Close API: [login to view URL]
Dropcontact: [login to view URL]
Ideally you can also suggest a cheap/free hosting solution (heroku?) for the script. It should automatically run a couple times per hour.
