Webpack 4 Configuration Expert

We are developing a website using ASP.NET Core 2.2 and using webpack 4 to build the front-end side. Front-end side looks like this:
1) Bootstrap 4 based theme
2) Vendors, such as: jquery, jquery-ajax-unobtrusive, jquery-validation, and etc.
3) We have a couple of pages, which are built using VueJs and typescript
We are looking for somebody to help us configure the webpack and recommend us the way to load assets on every page. Some of the pages have just main bundle, other can include some extra js code. We also need a way to split webpack builds by vendors/pages/vue to decrease waiting time.
