I need to convert a photo to a 3D grayscale PNG to CNC carve. I’m new to 3D carving, but not CNC work, unfortunately with the holidays I’m too busy to focus a lot of time on it.

I would like the man and the dog only, and smooth and flatten the surface behind him.
