Hi. I am creating a short animated video and need to have a few environments created in 3D. I need a court room, a jail, and an urban/ghetto city. I have attached some images of what I am looking for. I may also need a few (~5) characters modeled, textured, rigged, etc. If you bid on this project PLEASE bid the amount you think you will do the job for. I really want to avoid dealing with placeholder bids. Also, a link to prior work is a MUST. I won't consider you without prior work examples. If you can do the animation then that would be a HUGE plus!
