45 Pound Standard Weight Plate

For a project, I need a 45 pound standard weight plate with a gym owner's gym name on it. This will be scaled to 32" diameter. (standard weight plate is 17.7" diameter). This design needs to be realistic as possible and match everything for detail. Wants to replicate exact renderings so he can have an oversized 45# plate to put on back of jeep. This will be CNC'd out on Shapeoko Pro out of birch plywood. Will need to be an SVG/DXF files.
"BUCKEYE" will replace "Standard", "GYM" will replace "Barbell". Numbers stay the same. All letters and numbers fonts to be 'Franklin Gothic Medium Condensed'.
Actual 45 # plate profile. (Will need scaled to 32" diameter)
Letters are 1.5” font, 1/4” raised.
Numbers are 1” font, 1/4” raised l.
1.5” thick plate. Recessed area of plate is ~.75” less than plate thickness
Outermost ring to inner ring 3/4”
2” hole, 1.5” depth, inner ring to outer ring: 1.25”
The 4 (spoke/gusset) lines on it are 5” and go from .75” to 0” edge of plate. 0.5" wide.
