Telemarket for me an online website to get 70 local butcher/fish shops to sign up to advertise through my website

I am currently developing a website to have local meat and fish shop advertise their products through my website.

My website provides shop owners with their very own online shop within my website (the Market place) This shop provides the shop owner the full functionality to list unlimited amounts of products, and also receive paid orders as well as allow their customer to purchase their products anytime when the shop is closed with the option to have the items delivered or picked up, specials are also advertised to their customer faster without needing anyone to walk past the shop.

There is a yearly fee and a commission rate on each order through the site. I am looking for someone to call a list of people i have sent emails to follow up and sell the product and service to them to have them sign up.

There are 100 phone numbers on the list.
