Promote my youtube videos

I have like 12 youtube videos that I need promoted to get massive traffic. That's about it and I don't want you to use some software to generate false hits unless it is your own proprietary code that changes IPs and uses proxies automatically because I don't want to get banned. LOL
Anyway, I am not sure how much time, or how much per hour to pay for this so I put some numbers in but I can change them before you take on the project to make sure everything matches up.
There are plenty of systems out there for promoting youtube videos - I have some lying around on my desktop but I have no time to learn them.
