Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads lists and digital leads
- Engage with prospects in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and overcome objections to generate interest.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for setting appointments and qualifying leads.
- Continuously improve sales and communication skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Persistent and resilient attitude with a passion for achieving goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
