ATT Human Asset Management:

New Business Development Specialist

ATT Human Asset Management is looking for a Sales leader with a background in HR/Staffing Consulting to join our team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, career-minded, highly motivated, numbers and performance driven and client-focused. Excellent communication skills, personal ambition, and a self-directed, strong work ethic coupled with the ability to multi-task are essential to success in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Initiate dialog and develop strong working relationships with prospective Clients through a combination of methods that may include internet-based research, phone and face-to-face prospecting as well as local business networking.

• Create and maintain a staffing Sales business plan utilizing company CRM system.

• Generate viable client job orders from new and inactive accounts, and track / move opportunities through the sales funnel.

• Meet all minimum requirements and quotas for weekly appointment activity and sales revenue growth.

• Complete the timely entry of all required Sales documentation into ATT's CRM and other automated systems, and maintain consistency and integrity of data.

• Coordinate with recruiting team to ensure accurate & timely fulfillment of client job orders and other staffing sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Developmental sales experience required.

• Proven success in cold calling, prospecting for new business, following up on leads, securing new client accounts and developing solid business relationships is required. Exceptional ability to problem-solve, strategize and influence.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Computer literate – Microsoft Office, SalesBoom CRM, etc.

• Bachelor's Degree or Experience equivalent required. Combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Compensation

• Uncapped commission plans w/ options (1099, W-2, etc.)

• Total first year compensation (on plan) $65k - $85k with RESIDUALS, second year $120k+.
