Quality, experienced sales representative needed.

We’re in need of an excellent experienced sales representative who’s strategic, humane, very
persuasive and know how to close deal/sales. The candidate should be an astute judge of character
from potential/prospect customers. He/she should be able to read a persons emotions remotely when
having a conversation with a potential client digitally, like through email or social media inboxes,
for example.
In all interactions with potential clients, the candidate should always aim to initiate and foster
authentic and real relationships with potential clients, they should always lead the conversation with
value, sincerity and care for the client/potential client and should NEVER make a blatant sales pitch
to clients/potential clients. As we all know, nobody likes being sold to. So whilst the candidate’s
aim is to sell our services to potential customers, they should lead the conversation with value, care
and authenticity in a manner that shows that they care about the customer’s struggles and problems.
The conversation should be structured in such a way that it’s at a peer level and should be based on
a problem market faces/audience faces. When the candidate persues this conversation, he/she must
also look to get out of the customer what their problem is, academically.
We’re a tutoring service/company that offers high quality and a vast pool of tutors for any module
or subject for both university students as well as high school pupils. Though our main market is
university students. This means that the conversations and, ergo, sales the sales representative will
be performing is with university students.
It’s a bonus if the candidate him/herself has been in a university or collage because they’re more
likely to relate with tertiary students. This will be an advantage at nurturing the bond they’re
building with potential customers/clients.
Candidates are required to have a Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account (though we favour
Instagram and Facebook more).
