Our company needs a freelancer who will work for our sales and marketing team. This would be a flexible job and will directly report to the head of sales team. If we like your job we can hire you and can offer you a full time position.
Role and responsibilities:
1. Develop and establish new leads in definite geographical area or industry by utilizing cold calling, client visits or sales follow ups
2. Monitor and maintain customer requirements, quotes, quality requirements, material handling and ensure these requirements are always met
3. Work with sales team for quotes, bids, orders, and other opportunities
4. This position will report directly to the head of Sales and Marketing to understand and execute action plans for budgets, quotes, and client accounts
5. Develop and execute strategies, plans and tactics to drive sales performance and sales growth
6. This position will be an internal and external resource to generate profitable results
7. Escalate and report critical situations and reports to Sales manager whenever necessary
8. Ability to sustain and maintain key accounts and clients to ensure personal and professional growth of the company
