*What are the benefits to the consumer; pay bills while sitting in the back yard, surf the net while in bed or drinking coffee at Starbucks

* Elaborate on the nationwide trend toward WiFi; airports, hotels, cities

1)The March 2004 issue of Consumer Reports has a feature article on the subject.

2)The February 19, 2004 copy of USAToday has a cover story on the topic in Money Section
