Oscommerce template integration + contributions for cre loaded

I am looking for someone with some experience to integrate my oscommerce cre loaded version with a flash template I chose from montertamplates.com. I need someone who can keep constant communication and can complete the job with no trouble and without having to hire another freelancer to do your work. This is for a womens apperal & accessories site. I also need a simple logo in vladimir script writing in place of the current logo that comes with the template. Nothing to complicated. I would also like a simple banner made to promote this website. I also might need further cre loaded contributions added in the future to make my store run smoothly and some that would help my store such as SEO add-ons and/or any SEO work you can do just let me know how it works and how much you charge aside from this project.I would need to be able to contact you if needed. I would also like minimum support for any questions I have or to fix any bugs or erros that affects my website. I need 4 pictures of women added to my template with photoshop in place of the pictures that come with the template. This will be later down the road once I take the pictures and upload them.
