.EDU, .[login to view URL] or .GOV Links + Alt Tag Expert

Please only BID if you have enough experience with SEO and can get me the links.

I need 15-30 or as many as you can offer: .EDU / .[url removed, login to view] or .GOV links for my niche job board website.

I also need Alt Tag expert for the same site. With past work experience and proof. Who can do the work.

My site is listed in yahoo,msn #1-2 but doesn't get listed in google for some reason and I need to know the reason. I have enough links to the site so please don't suggest link building.
