Link Building (SEO)

I need 20 PR3+ from topically related websites to a Swedish based website offering marketing products and service. The website is [url removed, login to view] and the kewords are:

TYPO3 (4), Open Source (5), CRM (4), CMS (5), vtiger (2)

The links must be:

Static & Permanent One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted.

Link must not reside on a page with more than 40 outbound links

Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days)

Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink. Links should then be followed by a brief description of our website also including related keywords. NO RelNoFollow (rel="nofollow") links in the code.

All links should be free and not paid and not in the footer as well.

All links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block).

Linked sites must be in production (developed and not under construction).

Links must be in text, no graphics.

The link page must be one click away from the home page

Links should not be: through a JavaScript, a redirect script, on Flash sites or pages, listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or backlisted), on web pages that are disallowed by [url removed, login to view] tag, from framed pages, from web directories, from linkfarms etc.

5. Anchor Text used to point the link to our site

7. Date the links coming to my website are cached by Google
