1. create a module/button inside my website's admin panel (an icon with a name called "files inventory")
2. on clicking the above button, it will open a page which will have a form with 5-6 text inputs and combo box(File Title, Category, Incharge Name, unique-id, etc.), 1 date input, 1 file upload option (only pdf should be allowed)
3. out of the above mentioned text input one will be read-only('unique-id' field),
4. this 'unique-id' field should be the row ID of sharepoint item, in which we are inserting item
5. after insrting data, user submit the form, and it will say "submitted succesfully" and page will redirect to grid view, which will show all data, and will have edit and delete option.

- dev has to work only using teamviwer, and will tell me what is he doing (we will be connected over phone), as site contains some sensitive information
