WPF C# Async Socket Listener

I need a very basic piece of code written in C# listens a specific IP (localhost) and port then push the string coming the connection to a function. It must be very robust. There won't be any interaction between server and client just listen and push to function.

* Must be very clean and well noted

* Error handling

* No console application pure WPF
