Add Affiliate Code Cookie to Database

1) I want to be able to add an Affiliate Code to a link 2) and then have that link create a Cookie 3) and then have the value of that Cookie added to a Form Field. Can this be done? Can you do it? How much? Thanks, Cyndi

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
