Add Twitter and Facebook Buttons to My Website

I would like someone to add 4 things to my website.

1. A Twitter follow button.

2. A Twitter tweet button.

3. A Facebook follow button that takes you to my Facebook page.

4. A Facebook like button, to click if you like my website.

I'm trying to increase my exposure using social media.

I've attached a document with the perfect example of what I'm looking for.

Requirements:

1. A preliminary look at the capabilities for my website at [url removed, login to view], to know this can be done.*

2. Uniform look. I want all of this to look like it was made together and professional, like the example. I'm open to how the buttons look, as long as they are uniform for all 4 needs.

3. Add all 4 links to my website at www.000webhost.com.

3. All links must work as requested.

After you provide documentation showing me what you have ready, I will provide what you need to access my website to add what you have created.

I have seen many sites describing how to add these to sites. *From what I have found, the unique code can be easily generated for free by a variety of sites. Then the code gets added to the site. I do not have that knowledge.
