Looking to have an exam simulator similar to VCE Exam Simulator by Avanset. Should be able to import .VCE files as well as import .PDF files and able to format them automatically into a .VCE format. Must include full source code be written in c# and I will retain rights. Please look at the VCE Exam Simulator before bidding on this project and understand the scope of it before bidding.
