I require someone to develop a software platform in Java for me. The system will run 24/7 and will "wake up" every 15 minutes. At each 15 minute wake up it will scan a directory for some JAR files and run them if required.
A more detailed brief will be given upon award. I am looking for someone to work with in the long term, in particular I want someone I can work directly with and form a working relationship with.
